Dramatic improvements to commercial next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms have resulted in spectacular reductions in the cost-per-base of DNA sequencing. Our suite of innovative products for DNA and RNA sequencing workflows incorporate novel, high performance enzymes engineered via directed evolution and provide a complete solution for sample QC, library preparation, amplification and quantification. These products are compatible with all Illumina^® and Ion Torrent™ sequencing platforms and optimized for demanding applications such as cancer tumor profiling that require sequence analysis of low-input, low-quality samples such as FFPE tissue.
