PaxView CT/NG/TP MPCR-ULFA Kit is designed for the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) and Triponema pallidum(TP) DNA, using multiplexed polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and universal lateral flow assay(ULFA) which is based on DNA-DNA hybridization on the nitrocellulose membrane.
The outstanding specificity and sensitivity of this kit allows faster and accurate diagnosis of CT/NG/TP pathogens compared to that of traditional methods of detection such as culturing.

The PaxView CT/NG/TP MPCR-ULFA Kit is an original technology that can amplify a target gene from the sample with the use of target specific/universal primers and enable the visual inspection of a result of DNA hybridization on the nitrocellulose membrane between amplified single stranded universal DNA and complementary universal probe. When reaction buffer including PCR product is added to the sample pad, it moves to the nitrocellulose membrane and hybridizes along with universal probe that is immobilized on the specific region of the nitrocellulose membrane. Finally, it is easy to visually check the result within 20 min after adding PCR product.

PaxView HPV16/18/Others MPCR-ULFA Kit is designed for the simultaneous detection of high-risk types (16, 18) and common positive of HPV using multiplexed polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and universal lateral flow assay(ULFA) which is based on DNA-DNA hybridization on the nitrocellulose membrane.
